If you want to use your subscription on a different account, first cancel the active subscription on your current account. Then purchase a new subscription from the desired account. If you cannot access the original account, contact Support with your billing information so we can review cancellation. If you want to change the login email on your existing account, that is a different request. Contact Support with the current account email, the new email you want to use, and proof of ownership such as a HackerAI receipt or invoice. Support can review an email change after verifying ownership. Do not create a new account or cancel and repurchase your subscription solely to request a login email change. Do not send passwords or full card details.
Can I transfer my HackerAI subscription to a new account?
HackerAI subscriptions cannot be transferred between accounts.
