For free users, chats are automatically deleted from our systems after 30 days. This ensures that your conversations do not linger indefinitely without your explicit consent. However, if you delete a chat manually, it is permanently removed from our systems immediately, with no backups retained. This means that neither we nor anyone else can restore or access it once deleted.

For Pro and Team users, chats are not automatically deleted after 30 days. They can be retained indefinitely, as long as you maintain your Pro or Team status. This provides flexibility for users who need to keep their chat history for extended periods.

You can delete individual chats one at a time from your chat history by clicking on the 3 horizontal dots then in the menu that is displayed click Delete:
